This was a project I worked on, in 2016, for a local insurance claims management company (to simplify their extensive service offerings). A system for customers to manage their insurance claims online. Functionality, UX, and design (icons etc) – all considered. Their current website is here https://bevalued.co.uk/

With hindsight the hand-drawn images for all the products was an ambitious (and uneconomical for all concerned) element – but pretty cool.
