A finished post – wow!
This is my web site. This is my child. It will need feeding and nurturing. It won’t learn from me. I might (should) learn from it. I will learn about human nature from the delightful and infuriating people (out there) who choose to visit, comment, buy stuff, hate stuff, steal stuff. Let’s inspire each other perhaps and see if we can play nicely. It seems simple at first and so many tools these days to make web building simple. That should be simple as it really isn’t. Too many options and so many windows and check boxes and layer upon layer of settings (some of which over-ride things elsewhere – roughshod!). I’m not about to long for the TD’s and TR’s and 216 web-safe colours of back then but I will have a little grumble about too much too Jung (yes, analytical psychology – psyche fiction) as we disappear into everything and nothing and lose sight of the basics. Nothing like a good chunk of over-thinking to set things adrift. But, web site, internet psyche and all that. I now have this beast to feed and tame and ultimately lose myself in – even as I look to define my fleeting futility. I have some worth. This is a start.
